Initiating Organization: Engineering District 2-0 Agreement Type: Project Specific 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Design and Misc Services Selection Process: Modified Part 1 Location Description State Route/Section Centre County 3013/A01 Part Name: Centre County SR 3013 - Preliminary Design Project Description: This part consists of the Preliminary Design for the replacement of the bridge carrying SR 3013 over Halfmoon Creek in Ferguson Township, Centre County. The roadway is classified as a Rural Minor Collector with a current ADT is less than 500. The existing structure is a single span steel stringer bridge built in 1908 and has 1 span totaling 21 feet. The speed limit is 35 mph. A detour is anticipated for Traffic Control but will need to be evaluated during preliminary design. Required services will include but not be limited to: Project Management (Administration/Scheduling/Meetings), Surveys, Line/Grade/Typical Sections, Cross Sections, Utility Coordination, H&H analysis, Final T.S. & L Plans, SEPS and Structure Borings, Waterway Permit, Preliminary Right-of-Way Plans, Preliminary M.P. & T Plans, Design Field View Package, Erosion and Sedimentation Plan/Narrative. Department will complete the environmental documents with supplemental information provided by the consultant. Required services will include but not be limited to: Project Management (Administration/Scheduling/Meetings), Supplemental Surveys, Roadway Design/Plans/Constructability Review Coordination, Cross Sections, Utility Engineering, Final Right-of-Way Plans, Final Structure Foundation Report, Final Structure Plans, Traffic Control Plans, Utility Relocation Plan, and P.S. & E package preparation. Anticipated NTP: 1/15/28 Project Time: Day Time Part 3 Location Description State Route/Section Centre County 3013/A01 Part Name: Centre County SR 3013 - Construction Consultation Project Description: This part consists of the Construction Consultation and shop drawing review for the replacement of the structure carrying SR 3013 over Halfmoon Creek as described under Part 1. Required services will include but not limited to: Post Design Activities, Shop Drawing Review and Construction Consultation.
