Warner Softball Field Turf Project A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder, for all bids over $50,000, or as otherwise applicable by State Law. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. This project consists of removing existing grass, topsoil, and some of the subgrade at the existing Warner High School softball field, and then packing subgrade material back in shallow lifts, performing compaction tests, then installing drainage, infill, and turf materials for a complete, finished turf. Refer to the drawings and specifications for various items to be removed, replaced, installed, etc. as a part of this project.
