The Village of Lake Nebagamon is requesting bids for maintenance on the following two road projects. Project 1: Larson Road- 0.55 miles Pulverize existing blacktop road, place geogrid in low lying areas equaling 611 feet (As directed by the Village, please provide quote with and without geo-grid), add 3 inches of base gravel 24 feet wide, with 6" placed in 611 feet of low areas, fine grade-water and compact the base, pave with 2 inch hot mix asphalt by 20 feet wide, construct 2 ft compacted gravel shoulders and all incidentals necessary to complete the project. This project is funded in-part with LRIP funds. Project 2: Broadway Alley - 210 Lineal Feet Add gravel to the alley for base, pave with hot mix asphalt to an average compacted thickness of 2 inches and a width of 13 feet wide and all incidentals necessary to complete the project. Funded by Village Funds only All work on the projects must comply with Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for materials and workmanship. Please bid each item/project separately, giving a guaranteed maximum price, with unit prices stated for equipment, labor and materials. Invoicing must be separate to comply with LRIP guidelines. The Village reserves the right to award projects by individual roads to separate bidders, or to one bidder, or any combination thereof.
