The Town of Highland is accepting sealed bids for placing a single chip seal on the following roads: Peterson Road - .5 mile by 22' wide Circle Road - .8 mile by 22' wide Sand Lake Road - 1 mile by 21' wide Projects should be bid separately, and the Town is also requesting a bid that contains all three projects combined.
