Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Davie, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Construction Co. will receive sealed bids from Pre-Qualified Bidders ONLY for the following project on behalf of the Broward College District Board of Trustees. Exterior Waterproofing B-17 at Central Campus LEGO Construction Co. is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMatR) with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Broward College. Broward College reserves the right to waive minor technicalities. The scope of work may include but is not limited to: Waterproofing the water penetration that occurs through the brick faade by applying a clear, exterior penetrating sealer to the brick and mortar. Broward College encourages Small Business participation. LEGO Construction Co encourages all Small Business Subcontractors to get pre-qualified to bid on this project. Please note that ALL Subcontractors MUST be pre-qualified LEGO Construction Co. prior to the Bid Date.
