The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to fill and seal pavement cracks and asphalt surfaces, and paint and stripe asphalt surfaces at Clarence J Brown Dam and Reservoir, Springfield, OH. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Contract Start and Completion Dates Work under this contract will begin within 14 calendar days of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete within 90 calendar days after receiving the NTP. LOCATION: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Clarence J Brown Dam 2630 Croft Road Springfield, OH 45503-2515 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall furnish all labor materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Base Contract Action. The Contractor will fill all cracks along approximately 0.65 miles of Engineer Road (Exhibit A.2). The Contractor will clean out cracks of all vegetation and debris. Apply a hot crack filling material designed for roadway crack filling along the roadway and parking lot as designated. The crack filling agent should be applied directly from a melter applicator capable of heating a minimum of 425 degrees to keep the material hot and fluid. Cracks should be flush, filled with no cap or recess in a way that fully fills each roadway crack. The Contractor will reclaim edges of asphalt from vegetative growth. The contractor is required to provide flagging equipment to block traffic and signage for the public. Note: Approximate square footage should not be used as a substitution for site inspection by interested contractor.
