Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Springfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,427-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
All work and each bid submitted must comply strictly with the bid specifications. Said work shall be subjected to the prevailing rate of wages as established by the Ohio Department of Commerce. This project is being partially funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All applicable federal rules and regulations associated with ARPA funding will apply to this project. Bidders must be licensed contractors with the City of Springfield, Ohio before the contract is awarded. Additionally, bidders are required to submit an AIA A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement with their bids and must demonstrate successful experience in constructing fire stations within the last 15 years. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defect in a bid that does not materially alter the contract documents.
