**As of January 15, 2025, This project has been awarded to AARON JOSEPH ULERY, with the awarded amount of $39,412.01.** Landscape Installation Site Preparation: Awarded vendor shall remove and dispose of existing shrubs, groundcover, hedges, and three existing trees. Agency will provide exact location of shrubs, groundcover, hedges, and trees to be removed during site visit. All beds must be appropriately prepped before planting can begin. Prep is to include, but not be limited to, removing existing landscaping, weeding, fertilizing, turning soil, replenishing garden soil, and laying landscaping fabric as needed. Installation of Automated Irrigation System Awarded vendor to furnish and install new, complete irrigation system to cover entire premises as needed to support all new and existing landscaping. 1. There is no existing irrigation system. 2. New system must be run underground and tie into existing water supply. 3. New system must be automated and include battery operated valves. 4. New system must be able to be controlled by Agency. 5. Awarded vendor will provide training and education, as well as an irrigation plan, to the Agency to ensure Agency's understanding of new irrigation system. 6. All connections must be secure, and vendor shall ensure system is functioning properly before job is complete.
