SCOPE OF SERVICES The vendor shall supply all materials and labor required to install fence which meets the specifications outlined within Attachment #1. Material shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, fabric, posts, foundations, bracing, associated cabling, fasteners, hardware, etc. as required for the total installation of fencing. Installation shall follow manufacturer's recommendations and industry standards. Any notes or references related to barrier/goal netting in Attachment #1 shall be disregarded. The Complex will remain in operation during construction, with fall soccer season beginning in August. Vendor shall adequately secure their work area from the public, including small children. Excavations, open trenches, etc. shall be minimized in size and duration to provide highest level of safety for patrons. Vendor shall coordinate and accommodate the Operator, Wichita Sports Forum, on accessibility needs during construction. Fall soccer season and facility use is expected to increase significantly in mid-August. Vendor shall not drive or place any equipment on the artificial turf fields. Vendor shall protect the artificial turf from any material spills, splatters, etc. Vendor shall prevent damage to sidewalk and protect grass areas by using track equipment or placing plywood/protective mats under equipment. Vendor shall not allow concrete trucks to drive directly to fence post foundations. Vendor shall use alternative methods to place concrete inAny damaged sidewalk will be replaced as directed by the Engineer at the vendor's expense.
