The work under this Contract generally comprises of replacing the pump controls 7 pump stations in order to meet current electrical code requirements. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must also submit a performance bond and labor and material bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount accepted within 10 days of contract award.
