Any requests for information may be emailed to Louis Rucker at louis.rucker@courts.mo.gov by 10:00 a.m. on October 4, 2024 Project includes: 13 Floor Desk Area-Repair water damaged ceiling to paint ready condition *Library-Repair ornamental ceiling in 4 separate areas, repair to be painted by others, build scaffold and leave scaffold up for painters and remove when painting and inspection *Library 13 mez-Repair all water damage to ceiling and moldings and water damage to walls and cornice *Library 12 -Repair all water damage to ceiling and mouldings and water damage to walls and cornice. ***Plaster scaffold (erect and dismantle when complete) cover and clean up to be included*** ***All labor and materials to be included*** Contractor is to inspect location and verify actual quantities of work for all work specified in this project. The contractor will move any furniture and benches required for the scaffolding to reach the ceiling and perform work and return to original positions once work is completed. Contractor shall provide all scaffolding, lifts, ladders and equipment required for project. Onsite man lift is available. Contractor shall apply appropriate materials to prevent paint spillage or damage to adjacent furniture or hard flooring. Provide construction house-keeping and cleaning up. Questions will be answered to all proposers in writing Upon execution of the contract, the successful Bidder (Contractor) shall be required to furnish and pay for a payment and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The payment and performance bond shall be for the longer of the period of one (1) year or the duration of the contract. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract within ten (10) calendar days of notice of award and provide any required bonds at the time of contract execution. The COURT and City reserve the right to audit CONTRACTOR's accounts relating to the contract contemplated by this RFP at any time. Any questioned costs that may arise as a result of any audit can only be resolved in one of the following ways: A. Introduction of the appropriate documentation. B. Resolution of the questioned cost by CONTRACTOR in a manner that is satisfactory to the COURT or the City. C. Repayment of questioned costs to the COURT or City.
