Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

BID PACKAGE 47: Perforated Metal Wall Panels 1. Contractor responsible for all perforated metal wall panel complete. Including material and installation. 2. Perforated Metal Wall Panels are located at all locations identified as MF-1. 3. MF-2 and MF-3 are NOT provided by this contractor. 4. Provide any and all welding of material provided by others to steel accessories or embeds, i.e., door/window frames to embeds. 5. Embeds are already placed in structural concrete. Contractor is responsible for using current embed layout for installation of perforated metal wall panels. 6. Provide all required fasteners. 7. Contractor responsible for the laser etched graphics as indicated on North Elevation. 8. Contractor responsible to field measure all aspects of their scope required to complete scope of work. 9. Provide all field touch-up painting and cleaning upon completion of installation. 10. Contractor responsible for fall protection as related to this scope of work. 11. Contractor responsible for all scope items listed in the “General Scope attached.” 12. Contractor responsible for non-marking tires for any forklifts or machinery in parking garage. 13. Provide all layouts, staking & surveying as pertains to this scope of work from a control point provided by the construction manager. 14. Contractor shall furnish manpower, materials, and equipment necessary as required by the project schedule including interim milestone dates, and furnish additional crews, equipment, etc. and/or overtime to maintain the schedule if Contractor falls behind due to their own fault or due to inclement weather. No substitution will be considered prior to receipt of Bids unless written request for approval has been received by the Architect (through the Construction Managers office) at least ten (10) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. All substitution requests must be submitted to the Construction Manager for processing.
