Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility.
**As of June 10, 2021, this project has been awarded to Midwest Wrecking Co. LLC in the amount of $811,146.20. Work consists of but is not limited to total demolition of existing Old Police Headquarters and Municipal Courts Building. Where deep foundations are present in the form of drilled concrete piers and pier caps, pier caps and portion of the pier shaft shall be cut and removed to allow 48" of properly compacted back fill to be placed above in developing final grades. Tops of remnant pier shafts shall be generously coated with a liquid applied protectant to prevent corrosion of the steels.
