Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The Project consists of the construction of three well houses serving as the primary source of potable water for the Oklahoma City Zoo. The existing well houses in these locations are in underground structures. The intent of this project is to demolish the underground structure, extend the well heads and raise the well houses to be in above ground utility structures to assist with the operability into the future. Contractor to coordinate the decommissioning of the existing well houses with the Oklahoma City Zoo and develop a plan for the construction of the new well houses that will least disrupt operations at the Zoo. ***Apparent low bid from previous bid opening: Diversified Construction of Oklahoma Inc - $521,817 This project provides for constructing well houses at the Oklahoma City Zoo per bid documents. Q & A deadline: Nov 06, 2024 12:00 PM CT Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond and/or irrevocable letter of credit or a certified check and/or cashier's check delivered by bid receipt time, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The Maintenance Bond shall be in favor of the Awarding Public Agency and shall be for a period of Two (2) years in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
