Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project Title: MB-1762, Softball Hall of Fame Indoor Practice Facility, 2701 NE 50 th Street Scope of Work: The Engineer will provide all engineering services required to design a 32,000 square foot single story practice facility. The design should include training rooms, player and coach's lockers. a sports medicine room, softball indoor infield, batting/hitting cages and administration/employee area. A tunnel connecting from the new indoor training facility to the existing basement area will also be required. The facility will be located on the northwest portion of the existing Devon Park parking lot. Estimated Construction Cost $15,000,000.
