This Request for Quotation identifies a business opportunity for the successful proponent to provide supply, storage, and delivery of 124 marine rubber fenders in various dimensions for use in various marine structures as part of the berth rebuild projects at BC Ferries' Heriot Bay and Whaletown ferry terminals. 91207 Heriot Bay and 91177 Whaletown Berth Rebuild Supply, Storage, and Delivery of Marine Rubber Fenders Bid date note: The Proponent must abide by the following instructions: Proponents shall e-mail their proposal to the attention of the Contact shown on the title page of this RFQ, on or before the Closing Date and Time stated. Any pricing tables required in response to this RFx are to be submitted in electronic copy, in Word or Excel format. Responses must be in the English language. Email submissions must meet the following requirements: Submissions must be made in Adobe PDF format. If Attachment worksheets were provided in Excel format, the attachment worksheets should be submitted in Excel format; Each file should be less than 10 MB. Failure by any Proponent to comply with this restriction may result in information not being received by BC Ferries and may result in a non-compliant Proposal by the Proponent; Please do not include hyperlinks or website addresses in the Proposal to information that forms a part of the Proposal.
