Windsor Chavis Nocho Community Complex Bid Samet Corporation with Cate Services, United Maintenance Group, and the City of Greensboro will receive bid proposals from prequalified bidders for the Windsor Chavis Nocho Community Complex. Minority Owned and Women Owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this construction project. Samet Corporation awards public contracts without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, or handicapping condition as defined by North Carolina General Statutes, Section 168A-3. The Construction Manager reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities or irregularities in the bid process to accept bids in the best interest of the Owner or Construction Manager. As of October 24, 2024, this project is re-bidding for subcontractors. The project has been split into two separate projects now (main building vs park). The park project is expected to go out to bid November 1, 2024. The construction manager has been identified. Construction is expected to begin Q1 2025 and finish 2027.
