Windsor Chavis Nocho Community Complex Bid Samet Corporation with Cate Services, United Maintenance Group, and the City of Greensboro will receive bid proposals from prequalified bidders for the Windsor Chavis Nocho Community Complex. Minority Owned and Women Owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this construction project. Samet Corporation awards public contracts without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, or handicapping condition as defined by North Carolina General Statutes, Section 168A-3. For prequalification, please contact Nneka Paige at 336-544-6784 or by email at npaige@sametcorp.com. The Construction Manager reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities or irregularities in the bid process to accept bids in the best interest of the Owner or Construction Manager. As of December 2, 2024, sub-bidding has closed. The project has been split into two separate projects (main building vs park). The construction manager has been identified. Construction is expected to begin Q1 2025 and finish 2027.
