As of November 25,2024, project was awarded to RG Underground Engineering, Inc., awarded amount is $1,475,536.80. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, means of transportation, supplies, equipment, and services necessary for drainage and road improvements including drainage system installation, milling, and resurfacing, thermoplastic pavement markings, and site restoration [including landscaping swale, concrete curb and gutter, driveways (asphalt, paver, or concrete), mailbox, street signs, etc.] as detailed in the plans and specifications attached hereto as Exhibit A. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Miami Lakes Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.] Minority-owned, Woman-owned, and Small Business Enterprises Are Encouraged to Respond to This Solicitation. Question Deadline 09/16/2024 Written questions must be received no less than ten (10) days prior to bid opening. All questions about the meaning or intent of the ITB, must be directed in writing and submitted by e-mail to the Procurement Office, at procurement@miamilakes-fl.gov.
