This is a Sources Sought notice for the installation of monitors and outlets. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 236210 and size standard is 7,786. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB status must be registered, and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. Scope of work: 1.Evaluate local electrical panels to balance new power requirement 2.Request that we have five (5) designated 120v quad outlets installed 3.Request five (5) monitors be mounted. Monitors and mounting bracket is already purchased for install. Justification factors: Northeast VA CMOP fills 50,000 prescriptions daily for Veterans. We have increased demands that requires visibility by all staff of daily production.
