Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lodi, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of constructing a new traffic signal, curb ramps, and other incidental and related work, all as described in the specifications for the above project. The prime contractor on this project shall possess a valid State of California Class A contractor's license. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the completion of such forms, and to award to the lowest responsible bidder.
