ANTICIPATED APPROVAL BY BOARD August 2024 The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of a multi-residential development. As of June 18, 2024, a general contractor has not yet been anounced. A firm construction timeline for this project has n ot yet been released. Delta Community Developers Corp. (DCDC) is seeking from qualified and licensed Contractors to remove and replace the HVAC equipment in Creekside Apartments which consists of 16 One-bedroom units and 24 two-bedroom units, located at 601 Wimbledon Drive, Lodi, CA 95240. This may be a Section 3 covered project and may be subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. DCDC encourages participation by certified HUD Section 3 businesses, as well as, minority-owned and women-owned businesses, and disabled veteran business enterprises.
