Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/10 03:00:00 PM NST Work on this project includes, but is not limited to, 15 Beothuck Street. 1 Demolition 1 Removal of the following materials, but not limited to, flat roof materials, shingles, deteriorated roof sheathing, roof vents, eaves, (soffit /fascia), eavestrough/downspouts, vent hoods/ associated components. All materials not being reinstated are to be removed from site and disposed of at an approved disposal area. 2 Contractor is responsible to move and re-install with the coordination of all utility companies, electrical, cable and telephone connections. Contractor is responsible for all items damaged during constructions. Contractor is required to Co-ordinate with Utility Companies before excavation to confirm location of underground electrical utilities. 2 Scaffolding . 1 To facilitate scaffold setup, existing fences, patios, etc. can be removed and reinstalled. The condition of the above will be documented before work begins. . 3 Roofing 1 Replace deteriorated roof sheathing. Unit price for these items to be entered on TF-7. 2 Install new felt molding fascia, vinyl soffit & thru vents on all roofs. Replace any rotten framing. Unit price to be entered on TF-7. . 3 Install new asphalt shingles c/w eave protection over indicated areas, and all associated building materials. See drawing detail 1/A-4. 4 Install new modified bitumen roof system, and all associated building materials. See drawing details on A-2. . 5 Install new parapet system as shown in 4/A-2. 6 Install new plumbing vent stack and roof vents as per specs. 7 Replace any wet, missing or damaged insulation in the attic area. Unit price to be entered on TF-7. 8 Install new eavestrough, downspouts and splash blocks on low slope sides of roof.
