Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this tender on behalf of Eastern Urban Zone to submit proposals for Fire Alarm Systems Service at the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre (LAMC) in St. John's, NL. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act. The term of the agreement will be for a contract period of three (3) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years. This invitation to Tender is intended to obtain a Fire Alarm Systems Service Agreement complete with emergency coverage for the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre as per Appendix A. This tender is for all panels listed in Appendix A with consideration of the following: - Testing and Inspections - Service and maintenance support - All manuals, documents and initial supplies - Training and training manuals - Replace parts Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
