This Invitation to Tender consists of janitorial services on behalf of the Anglophone West School District at Saint Mary's Academy, 52 Marmen Avenue, Edmundston, NB, for a period of three (3) years from October 1, 2024 until September 30, 2027 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties. Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for Item 1 of the tender documents. Prior to Contract award, the district may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous two (2) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the district, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid.
