Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Scope of work includes but not limited to: .1 Remove all exterior insulation finish system (E.I.F.S.) and replace with new aluminum siding including required flashings. .2 Remove all roofing systems and replace with new including required flashings. .3 Demolish sloped glass section on the Northeast corner of the building and replace with new roof and exterior wall. .4 Remove and replace all aluminum curtain wall pressure caps, insulated glazing units and all accessories. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
