City/County - Champaign Construct a new, single span PCC deck beam structure to carry Sangamon Street over Owl creek with limited roadway approach and in-stream work. Project Location: Sangamon Street in Fisher Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764. ILDOT - Construct a New, Single Span PCC Deck Beam Structure A. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, services, and documentation necessary to construct the Project defined herein. B. The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as follows: 1. OWL CREEK BRIDGE which includes Construction of a Single Span Precast Prestressed Deck Beam Bridge, Riprap, and Aggregate Surface Course. 2. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located on Sangamon Street in Fisher, Illinois.
