Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Quincy, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Plumas County Department of Facility Services and Airports is responsible for maintaining several County owned buildings and Properties throughout Plumas County. This includes, but is not limited to, routine maintenance, HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, yard maintenance, and Capital Improvement Projects. The purpose for this Invitation for Bid is to seek and enter into a contract with a Contractor that holds a California Contractors License issued by the state of California, to excavate, form and place approximately 80 square feet of 4-inch concrete flatwork and 87 lineal feet of handrail at Plumas County HR Building located at 1446 E. Main St Quincy, Ca 95971 The term of the contract is from the date of approval of Board of Supervisors and ends on June 30, 2025. Date: 11/05/2024 Contract start date, pending approval by Board of Supervisors Plumas County Facility Services & Airports reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any information, technical defect, or clerical errors in any submittal. This IFB is not an offer to contract.
