**As of September 12, 2024, project was awarded to Trek Construction LLC, awarded amount is $6,926.89.** Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, tools, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work as indicated on the Drawings and in accordance with Bid Documents, and other documents as provided for the performance of this Work as described below: Work shall include, but is not limited to: Selective demolition and removal of existing concrete slab Installation of new concrete spot footings and column piers per plan Replace concrete walkway after footings and piers are installed as per plan All work is indicated by red cloud on plans Bidders will be required to provide bid security in an amount equal to at least 5% of the bid, at the time the bid is submitted, if the bid amount is $50,000 or greater. Acceptable bid security shall be limited. The successful bidder must submit to the GSD school board full performance and payment bonds in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for any job that is $50,000 or greater. All surety firms must be authorized to do business in the State of Utah and be listed in the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570, companies holding certificates of authority as acceptable securities on federal bonds and as acceptable reinsuring companies for an amount not less than the amount of the bond to be issued.
