Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project will include solicitation for the following trades/scopes: (Site Concrete, Minor Fence Replacement, Waterproofing and Joint Sealants, Metal Downspout Replacement and Cleaning, Door & Hardware Replacement, Minor Drywall and Framing, Hard Tile, Acoustical Ceiling Tile Replacement, Interior and Exterior Painting, Signage, Partition and Accessories Replacement, Plumbing Fixture Replacement, Electric Water Cooler Replacement, Boiler Replacement, Outside Air Duct Replacement, Fire Alarm Panel and Smoke Device Replacement, Parking Lot Striping and Asphalt Repair, Stormwater Regrading, and Minor Landscaping.) This is a Renovation project for an active school facility, all trade partners will be required to complete the work without impact to academic activities and shall abide with the background clearance and badging process with SDPBC Construction is estimated to start Spring of 2025 and be substantially complete November of 2025.
