Grounds Maint, North and West Locations, Term Contract A contract shall be issued for a term of twelve (12) months or until the estimated amount is expended, at the discretion of the County. The successful bidder shall be awarded a contract for twelve (12) months with the option to renew for four (4) additional twelve (12) month period(s). Any questions regarding the completeness of this package should be immediately directed to Palm Beach County Purchasing Department at (561) 616-6800. Palm Beach County reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all bids. Palm Beach County also reserves the right to (1) waive any non-substantive irregularities and technicalities
