The City of Bonita Springs invites proposals from consultants to provide professional services for the development of a Park Master Plan Study The respondent will be required to enter into an agreement with the City using the City's forms. All firms are hereby placed on notice that neither the City Council nor any employees of the City of Bonita Springs, nor members of the Selection Committee, wish to be lobbied either individually or collectively about this project. Firms and their agents are hereby placed on notice that they are not to contact members of the City Council or staff for such purposes as holding meetings of introduction, dinners, etc. to influence the outcome of the selection process, if they intend to, or have submitted a proposal for this project. Question Deadline 10/21/2024 The City reserves the right to formally amend or clarify the requirements and qualifications where it deems necessary . Any such addendum/clarification shall be posted to the City's website, online, prior to the deadline for submission of qualifications. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to check the website for any addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive defects in the form of any responses received, re-advertise for a consultant, also to select the consultant that best meets the requirements of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
