Site work for a water / sewer project in Baytown, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of an annual maintenance contract to rehabilitate the City s water lines and emergency on call work items. The will issue work orders for pipe bursting, open cut, flow stops, service taps, installation of tees, point repairs, tapping sleeves, gate valves, and fire hydrants as described in the Bid Documents. Question Deadline 09/13/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer/Architect via the E-bid process. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bid Proposals may not be answered. Bid Security in the form of Cashier s Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Baytown in the amount of 5% of the total base bid price must accompany each proposal The City of Baytown reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
