Renovation of a water / sewer project in Baytown, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment required for the addition of 15 new PLC control panels, modifications to 110 existing panels, installation of electrical and fiber duct banks, and addition of four large SCADA wall monitors, and all other necessary field appurtenances and components to partially automate City of Baytown Northeast, West, and Central wastewater treatment plants and connect them to a separately-provided remote monitoring system. HMI and PLC programming services will be furnished by others. Bid Security in the form of Cashier s Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Baytown in the amount of 5% of the total base bid price must accompany each proposal. Original documents for Bid Security shall be requested by the City and delivered to the City s Purchasing Officer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be delivered to: Office of City Purchasing, Department, 2401 Market Street, Baytown, Texas 77520.
