Renovation of a water / sewer project in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Wastewater Treatment Facility Administration Building Hvac Replacement and Improvements. Description: This Project Will Include the Procurement and Installation of a New Hvac System, to Include Removal, Modification and Replacement of Existing Equipment, Piping, Wiring, Conduit and Ductwork. New Indoor Air Handling Unit, Outdoor Condensing Unit, Variable Air Volume Dampners, Control Devices and All Associated Hydronic Heating Piping and Components Are Included in This Project. The Project Will Include the Replacement of Two in-ceiling Fan Coil Units With a New Outdoor Packaged Unit. Electrical Modifications, Suspended Ceiling and Drywall Repair Will Be Required. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
