Renovation of a water / sewer project in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project includes specific Construction Manager at Risk services for improvements at the Gillette, WY Wastewater Treatment plant project, which may include the following work: UV disinfection replacement, sludge dewatering equipment replacement, primary digester cover replacement with related gas handling improvements, replacement of sludge thickening equipment and water line replacements through out the plant. The preconstruction phase will include professional services assistance during the final design phase including but is not limited to constructability and phasing reviews, along with the development of procurement plan, schedule development, planning for maintenance of plant operation and risk coordination. It will also include the development of all Guaranteed Maximum Price(GMP) Proposals. The City of Gillette Reserves The right to Reject Any and All proposals.
