Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes the replacement of elevator components, including cab finishes and doors, penetration fire stopping, wall patching, minor painting, new elevator flooring, lighting replacement, and electrical work associated with elevator component replacement, and other Work indicated in the Construction Documents. Each Bidder shall examine the bidding Document carefully and no later than seven (7) days prior to the date of receipt of Bids shall make a written or verbal request to the Architect: QC10 Architects, 108 South Thurmond Street, Sheridan WY, 82801, (307) 218-9694, jenna@qc10architects.com Wyoming preference will be given, according to the School Board Policy. The Campbell County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding. Question Deadline 09/05/2024
