Project Description: The project consists of structural and miscellaneous concrete repairs within the Cascade Parking Deck. Concrete, masonry and steel repairs to stair towers. Other repairs include but are not limited to waterproofing, drainage, and removal of loose concrete. There will be limited updates to signage within the parking deck and the addition of cell phone extenders. The Unified Certification Program (UCP) administered by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) can provide necessary DBE certifications. City of Akron Local Goal: 18% EDGE/DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/VBE (minimum 3% WBE)
