Reference number: 20015528 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-09-06 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 12 The main work of this contract is part of lot 1 of restoration of the Place des Nations which consists in dismantling, decontamination and securing the sector including, but not limited to: Dismantling of wooden walkways and temporary supports; Removal of various structural and architectural elements; Removal of exterior and interior partitions from buildings and related constructions (including work in special procedures, low to maximum risk); Hazardous Material Decontamination and Cleaning; Removal of membrane on external bleachers; Removal of electrical and mechanical equipment (plumbing, air conditioning); Felling and cutting of trees; Excavation, earthmoving and environmental protection; Collection of heritage items; Site security work (adding lighting, surveillance cameras, fences, gates, etc.); Exploratory ground excavation (see Part 4 of section 01 11 00 of the Architectural Specification); Survey Records (see Part 4 of Section 01 11 00 of the Architectural Specification). Application of SITES certification requirements as described in Annex F
