The Village of Burk's Falls is seeking bids for a video inspection company to complete an in-depth assessment of the Burk's Falls sanitary piped infrastructure and provide cleaning services where required. The work shall consist of the supply of all labour, equipment and materials to inspect and report the condition and cleaning of approximately 7,200 m of sewer mains with approximately 100 Maintenance Access Points (manholes) within the municipality. The inspection work shall include all associated costs and the preparation of all digital video, digital imagery and inspection data, including the digital archiving of such information to a CD-R or DVDR disc, and include a printed bound hardcopy inspection report with a spreadsheet indicating the priority of if any recommended repairs (High, medium and low priority). The work shall be scheduled with the Village of Burk's Falls Public Works Foreman to commence after the tender is awarded and completed by Friday December 20, 2024. All costs that are over and above the submitted tender must be approved by The Village of Burk's Falls before the work is performed.
