This project involves . provide electrical disconnects and demolition to remove lighting and workstations; . remove ceiling pads and door/frame; remove carpet; . contract asbestos approved company to remove ACM or install wall fasteners as needed. Coordinate miscellaneous abatement and air monitoring with MSU contractor for wall plaster containing asbestos; . construct insulated steel stud walls to create Dean's office . infill door openings per plans . provide new doors/frames/hardware; per plans . install acoustical ceiling pads and new ceiling grid . reuse existing carpet - protect, and install new carpet as needed to match; . paint walls . Coordinate furniture install . reuse existing window treatments - clean; Clean windows on both sides . rework HVAC per plans . and provide grilles and diffusers; . install power and prep for data to work stations and in new walls; coordinate with MSU IT . install LED lighting and controls; provide window film for new full glass doors/ half lights, and new sidelight glass in offices and entry . Provide costs for add alternate on kitchenette; reuse existing refrigerator.
