Reference Number 0000277206 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/03 12:00:00 AM CDT For the supply of all supervision, plant, labour, equipment, tools, fuel, insurance, materials, transportation, warranty of workmanship and materials supplied by the contractor and all other associated costs to provide snow clearing services at Manitoba Hydro's Brandon Customer Service Centre and Brandon Regional Office for the 2024-2029 winter seasons. Manitoba Hydro requires snow clearing and related services for Brandon Customer Service Centre and Brandon Regional Office.. Manitoba Hydro anticipates that the Contract will be valid for five (5) years. ITEM 1: shall consist in the supply of all that is required for supervision, plant, labour, equipment and its maintenance and repair, tools, fuel, insurance, materials, transportation, and warranty of workmanship and materials supplied by the Contractor, and all other associated costs to effect the clearing and hauling of snow and the sanding of parking lots and yards at the Brandon customer service centre and the Brandon Regional Office. Snow Clearing Services include the following: (a) Clearing of snow from parking lots, yards, sidewalks, entry ways, and man doors (b) Hauling away of snow (c) Supplying and sanding of parking lots and yards (d) Supplying and applying grit and ice melt to the sidewalks (e) Springtime removal of grit and sand from landscaped areas (f) Springtime power sweeping of sidewalks, parking lots and asphalted areas (g) Provide bins at entrance doors for the storing grit and salt. The Services will be performed for the period commencing on October 1, 2024 and ending on April 30, 2025. The Services will be performed for the period commencing on October 1, 2025 and ending on April 30, 2026. The Services will be performed for the period commencing on October 1, 2026 and ending on April 30, 2027. The Services will be performed for the period commencing on October 1, 2027 and ending on April 30, 2028. The Services will be performed for the period commencing on October 1, 2028 and ending on April 30, 2029. MH reserves the right, and the Tenderer acknowledges that MH has the right, to: reject any, or all, Tenders, for any reason, including, without limitation, a Tender offering the lowest price or the best overall value; accept any Tender which MH deems to provide the best overall value Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
