The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide provide site upgrades (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) at the ACC North Campus, located at 1035 - 1st Street North in Brandon, Manitoba. Each Bid must be accompanied by an electronic, digitally verifiable Bid Bond written on Manitobas standard bid bond form (Form D7) or on a form satisfactory to Manitoba. The amount of the Bid Bond shall be ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Bid Price, expressed as a percentage. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
