Manitoba Housing requires the services of a General Contractor for demolition of vacant buildings across Rural and Northern Manitoba. Experience performing similar work in Rural and Northern locations. Experience performing projects with hazardous material abatement and Risk mitigation process. The work under this contract covers the supply of all material, labour, equipment, permits/fee's, clean fill and supervision for the demolition of 7 units located in Brandon, Portage, Steinbach, and Lac Du Bonnet. Units range from 1 story to 2 story/basements, crawlspace, or footings. The work under this contract covers the supply of all material, labour, equipment, permits/fee’s, clean fill, and supervision for the demolition of 6 units; located in Moose Lake, Cranberry Portage, The Pas and Grand Rapids. Units range from 1 story to 2 story/basements, crawlspace, or footings.
