Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Project consists of the following scope as indicated on the drawings: 1 Select removal of existing concrete medians, the repair of compacted granular base and replacement with new asphalt pavement. 2 Concrete removal and repair at concrete sidewalk ramp. .3 Pavement repair around existing catch basin in Public Parking area. 4 Removal and reconstruction of radiused concrete curbs at two existing approaches off First Street. .5 Removal and re-paving of two existing driveways off First Street. 6.New concrete work and overlay asphalt paving on Driver Testing Lot. Every Bid shall be accompanied by a security deposit consisting of a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount, together with a Consent of Surety The accepted Bidder shall provide a Performance Assurance Bond amounting to 50% of the Contract amount, and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond amounting to 50% of the Contract amount.
