Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Construction of bituminous pavement including milling on Provincial Trunk Highway 10 (18th Street), from Aberdeen Avenue to Rosser Avenue, for a total construction distance of approximately 2.8km, in the City of Brandon. The Work must be completed by no later than OCTOBER 1, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. In addition to the daily Liquidated Damages, a lump sum Liquidated Damage of FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00) Dollars will be charged to the Contractor if the Work is not completed by OCTOBER 31, 2024. In addition the Lump Sum Liquidated Damages will be charged to the Contractor on a recurrent annual basis until Substantial Completion.
