Renovation of a municipal facility in Yorkville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 25, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Contractor shall pay, if applicable, not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established, to all laborers, workmen and mechanics in the performance of Work under this Contract in accordance with "An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other employed under contracts of Public Works." 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq. G. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to accept the bid that is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, which is in the best interests of the county. H. This Notice is written in the name of the Owner by Cordogan Clark & Associates. 1) Start of On-site Construction: October 2, 2024 2) Substantial Completion: January 6, 2025.
