SCOPE OF WORK The existing HVAC system services approximately 30,000 square feet of four one-story buildings with climate-controlled attic space in one wing. The system is composed of 20 units ranging in age from 1 to 30 years and ranging in size from 3 to 20 tons, along with all the associated air handlers, ductwork, dampers, vents, filters, and condensation lines. Attached in Section 7 (Additional Information) is a list of units and approximate ages. Scope of Work The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is conducting an Invitation to Bid for preventive maintenance and repair services on the Districts heating, ventilation and air conditions (HVAC) system. The initial contract shall be for a period of one year with two subsequent one-year renewals based upon the Contractors performance and mutual agreement between the District and the Contractor.
