The Project includes the following Work: replacing existing undersized water mains with six-inch PVC water mains along Irvin Avenue from its southern terminus to the intersection of Irvin and 7th Street and along 7th Street from Walker Avenue to Scriven Avenue. The work also includes reconstructing the existing roadways within the same limits as the water line improvements, from the southern terminus of Irvin Avenue to the intersection of Irvin and 7th Street, and 7th Street from Walker Avenue to Scriven Avenue. The Project has an expected duration of 180 calendar days. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the Issuing Office to prospective bidders registered as a Plan Holder. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
