The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to obtain Bids from qualified Contractors to provide the Work described in this RFT and the City of Portage La Prairie to enter into an Agreement with the Bidder whose Bid is judged to best serve the interests of the City of Portage La Prairie when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. Question Deadline 09/24/2024 All inquiries related to this RFT are to be directed, in writing, as soon as possible but at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the Submission Deadline Written inquiries are to be directed to: The City of Portage La Prairie Operations Department 495-11 th Street NW Portage La Prairie, MB R1N 4B3 Attention: Shay Avramovsky Fax No: 204-857-7275 E-mail: savramovsky@city-plap.com The RFT solicitation contains mandatory and point-rated technical evaluation criteria, and the basis of selection will be: 1) responsive bid with a minimum pass mark of 70% which includes sustainability; and 2) lowest evaluated price The Agreement shall commence at contract award and complete as per the specified delivery schedules identified in section F.5.0 - Critical Dates. See Appendix "A" - Specifications and Drawings for a full description of the Work sought. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
