Janitorial Services for small office in Fargo. Time estimated is 1-2 hours per week The contractor will be expected to perform some, up to all duties outlined in Attachment A, as assigned. Attachment A is an itemized list of possible responsibilities and building specifications to be used as reference to measure cost and availability. Contractor will be expected to provide a primary janitor as well as an assigned backup. Assigned janitor(s) would be expected to have local supervision.
